My first taste of lettering came with a split nib pen and a pot of ink. It was a Christmas gift from my family, and I watched in ecstasy as the glossy ink flowed across the page, so free and smooth. I took to the web and found my inspirations - artists from all over the world who were taking words on paper and bringing them to life with creative flair. You could say that I was hooked! From nib and ink, to pen and pencil, and even digital work, lettering has become a cherished part of my creative expression. It’s an art that enchants and relaxes me - both mind and body. I've long seen words as colorful threads woven through life’s tapestry, and I love crafting that tapestry in a personal and meaningful way.

Trying my hand at watercolor painting is an exciting adventure for me, one that I've only recently embarked on! The freshness of this elegantly organic medium speaks to the part of my heart that longs for all things simple and lovely in life. My style is still evolving, and I love that! I'm looking forward to an unhurried lifetime of learning watercolor's many facets.
